I, (insert participant name), promise to respect and obey all adult leaders while on this trip. I promise to attend all worship services, to obey rules of whatever facility we are in, and to be respectful for lights out. I promise to refrain from all drugs, tobacco, and alcohol while on this trip and be subject to the FUMC Rockwall Youth Ministry Guidelines, as can be found online or through the Youth Office of the church. I promise to refrain from using my cell phone at the appropriate times as directed by the church staff and adult volunteers.
