A native of South Korea, baritone Caleb Chang completed his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Voice Performance at UNT, and is an active singer throughout Texas. His credits include performances with the Fort Worth Opera, Metroplex Opera, Denton Bach Society, Dallas Master Chorale, and the Dallas Chamber Choir. In 2015, Caleb won the Edward Baird Singer of the Year competition in the Texoma Region. Caleb also served our U.S military troops in the Middle East in 2018 and 2019, performing at various military functions and activities. Currently, Dr. Chang teaches music and directs the choral program at Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas. His motto is reflected in the words of J. S. Bach, “To be a diligent musician who gives all of himself for God’s glory.”

Jennifer Barnes is a highly sought-after vocalist, educator, clinician and arranger and the Director of Vocal Jazz Studies at the University of North Texas. She is an active vocalist in both studio and live performance settings, and is the alto vocalist in the professional vocal vocal group Vertical Voices Live. As an educator, Jennifer has directed downBeat award-winning vocal jazz ensembles, including the UNT Jazz Singers, and has taught privately at seven other universities. Jennifer earned the Master of Music degree in from the University of Miami (FL) and the Bachelor of Music degree from Western Michigan University.
